Glaciers?

So we have a kilometers thick ice layer, thicker in the middle than at the edges. So the mass at the middle ought to be pressing down and pushing the outer reaches away. We also have (I think) a warming planet, so a shrinking Ice cap. That should mean that we should be able to see signs around the edges that the ice has moved and if it's done so there there should be some piles of debris (moraines) left behind by the melting ice. There's water ice in the mix here 2 so is it a realistic expectation that there should be some sort of glacial action going on?

Have you seen this? Not totally relevant, but associated... https://www.dropbox.com/s/hhjx52z80dafmob/Planetary_and_Space_Science_2007_Giuranna_Tracking_the_edge_of_the_south_seasonal_polar_cap_of_Mars.pdf

Clausius-Claperon? Been a while since I had that one out to play with!
Found this one, which suggests that there are glacial features to be seen on Mars and also has something to say about polygonal cracking
