Improvements to Classifying Utility UI

  1. Keyboard shortcuts - F-an, B-lotch, V- interesting feature, Ctrl+D = duplicate selected marker, del - delete marker, Enter = finish.
  2. Standard hashtag buttons #crater, #spider, #channels etc. AND/OR direct comments field.
  3. Info pop-up with place location.
