Bug - duplicate images in a collection

- Here is the collection that contains the duplicates:

When I noticed the duplicate, I edited my collection to remove one of them. To my dismay both of them disappeared from my collection. I was able to find the image again via my comment on it, and added it again to my favorites. Result? There are now two of them again, and I'm sure I only added it once!
