2Fansorigiting from one point ,almost perpendicular to one another

  There appear to be 2 fans from one point .One older than other .Both are almost perpendicular to one another .Does this indicate shifting wind pattern?

  Yes, that's what we think. With the exact directions and measurements from Planet Four we'll be able to test this hypothesis with climate models of the local winds.
