unique base area

  caught my eye and had a tough time determining if it is blotch/fan. The semi-circular base is what caught my attention. Appears like frost to me over the vent area. Not certain even if frost would leave that distinct an outline.

  Found it on the HiRISE rgb col strip. Looks like 2 conjoined fans on that. ~ Pete
