Are these black hollow spots craters?

Hi There. I see overlapping fans on the left of the image, with blotches below. There are some 'spider channels' between them. In the top right corner is a large blotch. The small round features in this blotch are lumps (or bumps) in the surface.
Sunlight comes in from the lower right of these images so the lumps are lit up on the lower side, with the top side of the lumps being in shadow. Does that help? 😃
