Blue frost fans.

  Noticed on the HiRISE for this image, large area of blue fan venting,some changes in terrain and form There are areas of linear venting, and areas with few linear vents. The blue fans do not seem to be particularly associated with the areas of ice fractures. The image originates again from 11 Dec, 2010.Is this the same series as the rest of the blue fan shots?

  My suspicion (unconfirmed) is that the really bright blue ones are all from the same orbit, if not the same HiRise image

  Don't know if these are 'bright blue', but they're blue and from 13 March 2007. The image title is South Polar Early Summer Lag Deposit.

  Might be useful to get an explanation for 'lag deposit' (?)
