Beautiful blotches with a hint of a fan forming

Looks possibly like the start of fans are forming in the lower left of each blotch. Maybe a wind direction change?

Beauty must be in the eye of the beholder - I find blotches quite ugly 😦
You could be right about wind change. To my eye the blotches suggest an elongation from right to left, with the left edges being more wispy/fringed than the right hand edges.

Try the Hirise Gray scale jpg - 3 or 4 (maybe more) distinct regions. At the bottom lots of long thin fans mostly blowing towards half 12 to 1 o'clock, in the Mid portion we have these blotches, but some of them can be seen to be wide fans but now pointing to 2 o'clock and veering to 4 o'clock as you move up. Then in the very top right closely packed long fans again but in the 9 - 10 o'clock direction.
There are some areas of exposed layers so maybe there's something going on to do with altitude?Posted

Theres another image of the same area from a month earlier http://hirise-pds.lpl.arizona.edu/PDS/EXTRAS/RDR/PSP/ORB_002500_002599/PSP_002567_0955/PSP_002567_0955_RED.abrowse.jpg
the long fans top and bottom are absent but the middle range blotches are there as blotches covering small fans - which here are blowing right to left - opposite to the original picture. This may make the proposed forming new fan become the remnants of something that was there before the bigger blotch developed
