blotches?

I'm not sure if theses are the blotches im looking for as there seems to be lots of them here, a lot more than the example photos. Am i looking for the right type?

These are the features we are hunting for, but I would say, they are fans. You can see that they originate from lover right side and extend top left. If you can see the source or any kind of directionality - mark them as fans, otherwise - blotches. And yes, this image is a lot of work. Thank you for doing this!
