Hiya,
No rovers have been sent to this area of Mars, so not a rover. It looks like it's a boulder. The camera has resolution to see about a coffee-table sized object on the surfaces,and boulders often look brighter/pinker than the rest of the image.

I had a look at the RGB colour strip (non map projected) from which this clip is taken, and spotted 7+ similar "objects". Most of them are ,like this one, on the edge of one of these little drop offs, amongst surrounding smaller lumps of rubble and boulders. They look like small landslips. I'd put my money on a boulder for this one. -Pete
