  Is the white stuff in this picture clouds?

  Hi again!! This is CO2 frost lying in the channels carved out in the surfaceby the venting gasses. These channels are nicknamed "spiders". here is abetter lit view of similar terrain. You can see why we call them spider channels 😃 APF0000ybc hope it helps. ~pete.

  I agree with Pete. That's likely to be a bit of left over carbon dioxide ice.
