what are the areas that look like veins outside of the clustered area

These are channels carved out by decades of subliming CO2 gas, and the dusty deposts arrising on them show the weak points where pressure releases, and a fountain of gas and dust is fired out.. We have nicknamed them 'spiders'.If there is no wind you get a 'blotch, if wind, ypu get a fan. We are supposed to mark these tp give data on sublimation and wind changes.
