Vents ejecting material onto surface of Mars?

  The material is darker and collects or is distributed in restricted areas. Deposition caused by wind? Structures which can not be carried by wind but ejected and collect in low point locally. My hypothesis , but without further data this would be impossible to confirm. Why is NASA showing us this? I already want to go there.
