  Obviously different, but I think related, in that there is a strong impression of change/evolution.

  I had a look on the HiRISE, and the RGB col shows this area merging into more obvious spider lace terrain. The impression seems more 'eroding ' than 'developing'. I note that the 'yardangs' that become revealed are on the same alignment as the vertical components of the lace spider network.
