Lots of fans and blotches and 1 interesting patch

  This image seems to be filled with fans and blotches, but I found one section in the lower left quadrant interesting. It looks to me like a fan going in the opposite direction to the rest of the fans on the image. The starting point seems to be in the upper right and the fan 'blows' to the lower left, all the other discernable fans seem to orientate from the bottom left to upper right of the screen.
