After using photo gallery to zoom right in the only thing i can think of is a large boulder in a recessed spider, and the boulder has dust/dark material on top, thats my long shot explanation 😃

As soon as I can find the link i`ll post it, its something to do with the boulder having a higher thermal properties than the surrounding ice and therefore sinks through the ice, what its doing half buried in a spider is the hole in my theory 😃

It has a hexagonal base and is venting gas!
There's nothing else like it on any pics, and it's venting gas!

looked again and i can see it, the north wall has ejected a small plume moving left, or it is a deposit on the north wall of the depression

If the sun is from the left, there ridges ( boulder shadows suggest this as well ) then it could be an active fan plume, the brightnest in the left of the octagonal ring suggests a slight mound, this is one very interesting picture......i give up 😃
