Orange dots

Can anyone explain what the orange dots are in the bottom right hand corner?

I've marked as interesting features where black material is following cracks forming what look like rivers.

I wasn't sure what the orange spot was, bottom right, so marked that as an interesting feature.

I was interested by the orange dot too... wasn't sure if it was a feature or some sort of glitch on the image
