Martian base or just plain old ice?

  4 small white objects can be seen. I think there melting ice, but just maybe they are a secret martian base. any answers?

  Interesting... Might be last ice patches of the season or maybe right now active jets... We'll need to know the timing of this image, I hope you marked this with interesting feature!

  just found some more of these white dots
  
  I've marked them down as interesting and will #tag anymore i find as #whitedots

  looks like they form on spiders?
