Eruption?

  Is this an actual eruption on the bottom right hand side?

  Yeah. That's a fan of material being blow we think by surface winds. The spot where the fan originates we think is a carbon dioxide geyser coming from the base of the ice sheet and bringing the dust and dirt from the bottom of the ice sheet to the surface where the surface winds we think blow the dark material into those beautiful fans.
