What to do with features like this?

  These aren't really blotches or fans. They originate from a linear, not a point source. How should these be classified?

  I tend to mark these as several adjacent narrow fans. If you mark as blotcthes the information in wind direction is lost

  I agree with wassock I'd mark these as fans. They get lighter on the left so to me they look like fans originated from the right and ending on the left.
