Do I mark these as fans or blotches?

  Hi, I'm not sure how to mark these as they definitely look like they were fans, but some of them are too faded to see the origin and extent clearly enough to know if they should be marked as single fans or multiples.

  I think you shuld use blotch tool. It's really hard to pin where the sources are.
