This image looks as if there is winds, water marks?

If you look at the image it looks as if the white marks have flow from top right to bottom left and would like to add that I feel and looks to me that it's salt like on dry lake bed or snow/ice. I would also add if look into photo it looks like water flow marks in surface like you get in caves here on earth. So was it very old river bed or was done by small rocks and winds ?
