Identifying marks

  Hi
  This is my first attempt. I think I've marked the fans OK but not sure about the blotches. The dark non-fan shaped marks i've marked as blotches but there are some that look like small craters. Do i mark those as blotches or interesting marks? Did my first attempt work - did you get it OK?
